Residential Collection

Once you’ve called us to confirm we can help you directly, you’ll have two options.

 

  1. Deliver your donations to our door during business hours.
  2. Book a collection date.

 

We try to make it as easy as possible for you to do the right thing. The Bower can arrange to collect your unwanted goods, particularly bulkier items such as wardrobes, dining suites and large quantities of building supplies.

 

Collection is a free service, however many of our patrons choose to offer a $10 contribution to The Bower Fund, which supports our educational initiatives in the Sydney community.

 

We book up quickly, so if you've got some goodies to send our way but need a little free help removing them, contact us as soon as possible.

We do only have one truck, and only one Bower Ranger to drive it. This means our pickup area is limited both geographically and chronologically.

Due to insurance restrictions and limited staff, our workers are unable to carry large objects up or down stairs. Please consider our limitations when booking a collection. If we’re not the right answer for you, we can find someone who can help you through our reuse referral service.
