The Bower Staff Team consists of 10 staff dedicated to environmental sustainability through practicing and promoting reuse and repair culture. From time to time we have vacancies in the team, and will list them here.

When looking for new staff, The Bower looks for commitment to the aims and objectives outlined in The Bower Mission. We look for enthusiasm, passion and a can-do attitude, so that we know we're hiring someone who'll fit in with the rest of the team.
